Founded in 2025 by Melanie Allen in sunny Fort Myers, Florida, our mobile bike catering business was born from a simple idea: to spread joy through nostalgic, feel-good desserts with a modern twist.

 

Whether we’re rolling up to weddings, local farmers markets, or community events, our mission is the same—create sweet memories, serve delicious treats, and build genuine connections along the way. Each of our ice cream sandwiches is made in small batches, packed with flavor, and scooped with love (and a little Florida sunshine).
